Wonderful relaxing and comfy hotel with very very helpful team at the reception desk. Perfectly clean and brand-new rooms & clean bathrooms. Rich and particularly nice breakfast with Moroccan pancakes, cold drinks. Particularly good and excellent location in the centre of Marrakesh and contemporary atmosphere in the whole venue...
No breakfast at all.

The toilet was carrying sewage, the mattress was squeezed, the socket worked only one and in the far corner.

The room is clean, it's the right place, the quality/price ratio is not bad, the breakfast is good. The location is great.
bathroom was dirty, hotel itself looks old and forgotten, even though the room is clean, it's a shame to find the bathtub and doorknob and bathroom floor very dirty. staff were very friendly, except for one of the receptionists who saw me leave the hotel the day of the departure before the scheduled time (I was going to make a last minute purchase from the supermarket) and thought I was leaving the hotel, so he sent the guard at the door to follow me to the supermarket to make me go back to the reception. I found this outrageous as I treat the client and for this reason I would not recommend the hotel, and cleaning. good thing was the location, price and that the room was correct. Everyone judges by their own criteria.
